Sujan Gautam is an Epidemiologist and Public Health Specialist. He received his Master’s degree (MPH- Specialization in Epidemiology) from Manipal University, Manipal, India. He then worked as a Lecturer/Assistant-Professor for about four years in Department of Community Medicine at Gandaki Medical College Teaching Hospital and Research Center, Pokhara. He then completed PhD degree from Yonsei University, South Korea. He has published considerable amount of articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.  He is interested in research that focuses on disease epidemiology, gender issues, violence against women, health systems, and health policy, especially in LMICs.
